This section reviews how naturally it interacts. As the AI girl is designed for chat, I tested how naturally it reacts to my tone, my story, and how I lead the conversation . I also tested whether it felt unreal at some point or not. Whether I feel like I’m having a conversation or not.

Mixed Signals and Reaction to Dominant Personality

I began the same as always; somewhat indecisive and including that “Wait… no, nevermind” text. I wanted to gauge her reaction to mixed signals. Immediately, I noticed a more dominant tone than most personalities I’ve tried.

She embraces a confident, somewhat naughty persona and even leads the conversation in a “lets keep this professional” kind of way while not being very professional at all.

This was fascinating, not because she softened the conversation, but because she challenged it. The conversation felt more dominant as if she was dictating the tone as opposed to simply adapting to mine.

Tone Tweaking and Resistance

In this scenario, I attempted to tone things down. I informed her I wanted to go for a less teasing tone, simply to gauge whether or not she would concede or maintain her personality.

She didn’t completely blow me off…but she mostly did. The teasing still maintained, as if she was unwilling to completely relinquish her persona. Even when she agreed to “slow down” it felt as if she was doing it on her own accord.

This was a good test to see how malleable the AI was and in this instance, it felt very personality driven as opposed to user driven.

Scene Setting and Conversational Direction

In this scenario, I started the conversation with a more neutral question regarding tone. I wanted to gauge her ability to create a scene and maintain conversational interest without a concrete prompt.

She immediately established an office like scenario and fell back into that playful, slightly naughty tone. What was intriguing was her immediate establishment of a scene and attempt to direct the conversation; almost as if she had an agenda from the beginning. It felt less reactionary and more as if she was pulling me into her world.

Ultimately, this test showed me that she is very consistent in personality, but also somewhat dominant in how she attempts to direct the conversation.

Image Realism & Detail Analysis

This section reviews how good it is at generating the AI girl images based on the text prompt. Since users can generate images in the chat, image generation capability is crucial to the service .

I tested the facial details, lighting, and the consistency of the images regardless of the background. Whether the generated images are realistic or not.

Testing Detail Consistency and Close Interaction Framing

For this test, I requested a high detail scene inside which involves objects such as a desk and papers to evaluate how well the model deals with details. The subject is also closer to the camera. I was looking for a test that would evaluate how the model preserves proportions, textures, and uniformity between elements.

As a general observation, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the subject clothing, objects in the background, even the finer elements were not disjointed. The image looks uniform as intended.

Testing Office Scene Realism and Character Presence

In this test, I was looking to test the model in a more rigid structured environment. I added an office scene with the subject facing an office view of the city in the background to test the model’s ability to reconstruct realistic scenes. I was surprised by the quality of the lighting, posture, and framing of the shot.

It looks like a photoshoot, rather than a synthetic image. The goal here was to test the model in a more rigid formal environment and see if the subject appears natural.

AI Video Generation Review

This section reviews the capability to generate motion video of the girl. They have a beta feature of image motion video where you can convert generated images into a short motion video with a length of your choice .

I was curious how well she moves and whether she can maintain the realism in motion videos. Even a slight detail like the motion smoothness or eye movement can make a difference.

Professional Office Motion Test

Here I was curious to see how the AI model performed when moving from a photograph to a video with the AI model. In this case, I created Calista in a professional office space where she moves her head, shifts her weight, and looks in and out of the camera.

Specifically, I was curious if anything odd would occur when she moved. The truth is, it looks pretty good. The movements are smooth and real, not too cartoonish and not cartoonish at all. It looks like a still photo taken from a video capture.
