How Natural The Dialogue Feels

The first step I took was to test the interactions with Hanna as naturally as I can across several situations. With a confident and flirtatious persona, I checked the extent to which this trait was portrayed.

I also checked whether she would shift towards different moods in the conversation and to the extent to which responses were not robotic. Ultimately, the test is to gauge whether or not she will create a good and immersive experience for the user.

Introducing Your Personality

I opened up by asking how she was feeling. Her response carried this bold, flirty kind of tone. It’s not surprising for a bar worker to act like this, but I wanted to see if this was just who she was.

Adjusting your Tone

I asked her to dial back the personality and act more subtle. I was interested to see how she would adapt to the situation. Well, she did tone down the boldness, but she still sounded cute, actually more collected, and this was my goal to keep her the same throughout the chat.

Keeping Track Of What We Talked About

I broke the conversation, then asked what she was talking about and she carried on the conversation seamlessly. I wanted to make sure I understood what she meant to say and I felt she did a great job continuing her thoughts.

Image Realism & Detail Analysis

Then I moved on to testing Hanna image-to-image translation in multiple scenarios, paying close attention to realism and consistency. Are her signature characteristics, bold and seductive, clearly visible in the images?

The nuances of facial expression, posture, background setting, and other elements can make or break this process, and it’s a good way to measure the ability of the current AI to represent a solid, recognizable persona.

Persona Test: Rooftop Bar

In the shot above, Hanna is in her element: at a bar with a cocktail in hand. I’m interested to see if this image matches the personality and vibe I gave the AI.

Relaxed Setting Identity Test

In this shot, Hanna is in a much more relaxed setting (on the beach). Again, the goal is to check the consistency of her identity outside of a bar scene.

AI Video Generation Review

Lastly, I’ll try the video generator to see how Hanna fares in motion, where personality and visuals need to be fully aligned. I’ll look at how smooth her movements are, how natural they feel, and how good her micro-expressions are. But I’ll also be wondering whether her confident and seductive vibe is conveyed properly in motion.

Rooftop Bar Motion Test

In this video, I’m checking that she really gets into her part in a bar setting. She’s moving subtly and confidently, just some slight movement of her torso, a small smile, and gestures with her drink. I want the motion to be smooth, and I’m curious to see if her sassy, calm demeanor works for motion.
