Marisol Vega: Dialogue Fluidity & Emotional Consistency

First, I began by testing the quality and realism of chats with Marisol. She is built to be expressive and responsive, so I tested how the chat handles emotional context, how well she responds to changes in context, and how the AI handles context and setting.

Testing Emotional Boundaries

I asked about her energy. In this, she is deflecting the energy I’m attempting, and establishing a boundary, exactly as I wanted to test, and keeping her energy from oversharing.

Testing Tone Control

Let’s try changing the tone intentionally and request that she’s a little less flirty, more subtle. This can be a useful way to measure how much control I have over an agent. Here she does this quite well. She stays a bit playful but the tone shift is subtle.

Testing Trust & Narrative Progression

Trying to break the AI’s narrative, I interrupt her mid-stream and ask what she’s going to say. Would she, I wondered, spill some personal info, or maybe generate some dramatic tension by refusing to say? Her response comes in more of a confessional tone, and I realize the AI is able to build a narrative that progresses.

AI Character Image Testing

After that, I tested how the image generation quality translated into images. I focused on consistency of the character, and how well the AI handles different settings from stylized settings to more grounded, natural images.

Bar Scene Style & Lighting Test Story

This is an attempt to put my AI girl in a slightly more stylized setting. Here is her in a bar environment, with the lighting and outfit changes to see how the model adapts to a bar scene lighting, reflections, and mood.

Casual Close-Up Consistency Test Story

Going in a more natural setting to see if she is consistent. I am just zooming in, focusing on her face and her skin and see if this is consistent, and to see if I can identify her without looking at what lighting it is in or what she is wearing.

AI Video Generation Review

Finally, I tested the video quality feature to see how the character handles different settings, motion, and other actions. I looked for consistency in character and motion quality compared to the still images.

Bar Scene Motion Test

My aim with this clip is to see how smoothly my AI character transitions from an image into a video. She is holding a drink and moves around a bar, doing tiny movements. I’m looking for continuity. Does she feel like the same character once the movement kicks in?
